In 2020, Raul, the founder of Visitor, was looking for hotel software to improve operations at his family's small hotel.
He was dissatisfied with the lack of a simple and intuitive solution for small to medium-sized accommodations, so he used his ten years of experience in software development and marketing to develop one himself.
A year later, he met Marcel, whose expertise and vision perfectly matched his own. Recognizing Marcel's potential as a partner, they joined forces and officially founded Visitor in 2021.
Their goal was to create a platform that offered excellent customer support and a remarkably straightforward, user-friendly option for small and medium-sized accommodations.
They succeeded and are currently expanding to serve hundreds of customers across the DACH region.
